The content of this website has been constructed to assist those seeking funding to improve their employment prospects but have found that there is more ‘Hype’ than Help.
Many hundreds of millions of tax payers money is being spent on a plethora of Media Advertising, countless millions given to ‘consultants’ to think up new ‘Funding Initiatives and fancy acronyms for them' but little if any ‘Real Help’ for those who need it.
The current social system appears to bend over backward to help couch potatoes, drug addicts, alcoholics and criminals but if you recently lost your job through redundancy or simply want to better yourself you get the feeling that no one cares.
It would appear that those in control of the UK have gone completely mad the result being we now have a bunch of self centred, totally inept lunatics and ‘do gooder’s’ in control who have little knowledge of just how dissatisfied the majority in the country are. Is it that they are simply helping those who’s votes can be so easily bought to ensure they keep their cushy jobs?
No wonder this country is currently going down the pan (I never thought I would say such a thing about the UK) and Straight Talk firmly believes that we are all effectively controlled by Civil Servant who do exactly as they wish no matter who is in Government.
There are far too many top level Civil Servants, they understand little of the 'Real World' the rest of us live in and up until now there has been little if anything we can do about it.
They are quite simply out of touch, out of control, rarely civil and no longer Servants to those who pay their wages and protected final salary pensions. The term “too many chiefs and not enough Indians” certainly applies and something has to be done and soon.
What Finding is not directly criticising all Civil Servants as there are still many that truly serve us.
The point is why do we need so many who apparently are paid so much yet provide so little (if anything) in return. In recent times we have seen the private sector ‘Fat Cats’ exposed along with politicians who make rules to suit themselves and even then break them.
At least we will eventually have the chance to vote on whether they keep their privileged positions (sadly no matter what the outcome they will still receive redundancy payments and protected pensions). Unfortunately they only allow us to choose from the same sorry bunch.
However, those really in control ‘the top Civil Servants’ remain in control no matter what if any cuts are demanded you can bet they won’t allow them to affect them, their bonuses nor their pensions but pass the cuts on to the lower echelons who actually work.
We hope the information on this site will help those seeking funding and hopefully obtain what is purported to be available for them. May be in some small way it may also make those who are meant to have our best interests at heart get of their lazy backsides and do what they are paid for.
